Seasonest Rotisserie Chicken
Rotisserie chicken is a simple entrée that can be transformed into many tasty creations.

It can be served as a traditional meal with popular side dishes or something more fancy such as balsamic braised with mushrooms and onions. Rotisserie chicken can even be the main ingredient for another recipe and still taste great as leftover.

However you desire to serve it, here’s a great recipe to get you started.
Ingredients

• 1 Whole Chicken
• 1 tsp Olive Oil or Butter, melted
• Seasonest – Original Blend





Directions

For regular ovens, preheat to 375˚. Make sure you cook chicken in a covered baking pan and rack. If using a rotisserie oven, please follow the operating directions.

Remove giblets from the inside of the chicken. Brush with olive oil or melted butter and then season well with a Seasonest Spice Blend of your choice. Cook for 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 hours to 180˚. Brush with olive oil or melted butter occasionally while cooking to keep chicken from burning. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.



Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cook time – 60 minutes
Total Cooking Time – 70 minutes
