Because freshness and quality are important, we cannot offer refunds on products that are perishable. 

If you are requesting a return due to our error, we will cover the return shipping and handling costs for unopened items in the original packaging.  Under these circumstances, refunds issued by credit card will be credited back to the card within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed.  Bank account refunds will credit back to the account within 10 business days after return processing.
