I still remember the first time I tried Jerk Chicken at a restaurant in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  This seasoning is that hot and them some!  Yes, this spice is ideal for Jerk Chicken but can be used on about any meats or vegetables for an authentic Jamaican flavor.
