Spicy Grilled Corn Salad Recipe

Grilled Corn Salad is a simple and delicious recipe that is healthy. It’s great for the summer barbecue or anytime of the year. This recipe has a little kick on it.  If you want to tone down the spiciness, prepare it with our Original or Mild seasoning blends.

Grilled Corn Salad


  • 6 ears Corn, shucked
  • 2-3 tablespoons Butter, room temperature
  • 1 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red onion, diced
  • 1/8 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasonest Spicy Seasoning



  1. Coat corn ears with the room temperature butter.
  2. Place on grill and cook just until it starts to char.
  3. Let corn cool then cut kernels from the cob and place in a bowl.
  4. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro.
  5. Add olive oil, lime juice and Seasonest Spicy Blend to taste.
  6. Mix ingredients until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately or chill to serve it cold.
